The DHBW Mannheim's IT Service Center (IT.S) is your contact point for all questions concerning information technology at the university.

The IT.S is responsible, among other aspects, for the following:
 

• Provision of central services such as Wi-Fi, e-mail, user administration, Internet and network connectivity 
• Setup, operation and maintenance of hardware and software for students
• Implementation of security plans and data protection guidelines
• Operation of the administrative network
