Nomination

Make sure your home university has nominated you as an exchange student by the following dates:

For exchange in the fall semester: April 30
For exchange in the spring semester: September 30

Your home university should send an email to internationalnoSpam@dhbw-mannheim.de  with the following information: family name, first name, date and place of birth, nationality, email address, semester(s) applied for.

Application

After nomination, either the home university or the student needs to send the completed application by email to internationalnoSpam@dhbw-mannheim.de by the following dates:

Fall semester deadline: May 31
Spring semester deadline: October 31

The following documents are required: 
 

  1. DHBW Application Form for Exchange Students, students need to download the application form and save it before filling it in. 
  2. Official transcript of records from the home university
  3. CV in English
  4. For EU citizens: copy of valid ID or passport
  5. For non-EU citizens: copy of valid passport 
  6. Passport size photo
